That doesn’t look like a missile…

My parents came to visit me this weekend (yay!) so I had to show them all of the sides of Athens that we love.  Saturday was spent around campus then we had dinner at Casa Lopez. Saturday night Aaron and I took my dad to see Iron Man at the Athena Grand.

After going to see Spiderman at midnight and being 100% dissapointed, I had given up on the Marvel movies. I didn’t pay attention to any of the Iron Man previews or reviews at all because I didn’t care if it was good or not. Aaron had mentioned wanting to see it, but I had very little interest. I agreed to see it because my dad wanted to and I really didn’t want to sit through Made of Honor.

Well, I am SO glad that we went. Seriously, the movie was amazing. I was so impressed. There were some gross cheesy parts between Robert Downing Jr. and Gweneth Paltrow, but other than that I loved every second and wanted more.

I won’t write anymore about the movie since it is brand new (and I’m lazy). If you want to read more about this movie go here or here.

rant

Dear cell phone,

Why have you stopped working? I have tried to be kind to you, take you around, show you a good time, but now because of you, I have no applesauce. I hate what you do to me. You have lost all of your beauty. Leave me alone.
