You want to play house?
Last night Aaron and I watched Revolutionary Road, one of the films that has been nominated for three Oscars this year. I had high hopes for this film because Winslet and DiCaprio are perfect together in Titanic, one of my all time favorites and I usually like movies set in the 1950’s.
Unfortunately, no perfect pairing or setting could make up for the boring plot. It might be because I have never been married, but this movie was a struggle to sit through. If you like watching films where married couples cry and fight a lot, smoke more, have super fast sex with each other and with their affairs and kill babies, then this is the movie for you.
